In today's modern world people run against the time. And Environment is polluted in all ways be it air, water, novice etc., The result of which leads to the mental stress and tension. So it is advisable to give the health utmost priority and lead a peaceful life.
Here i point-out some tips to be relieved from Stress and Tension:
- Yoga: Yoga is the one of the best ways to be relieved from tension. The best time to practice yoga is early in the morning as there will be fresh air to breath.
- Breathing Exercises: Breath slowly and release it slowly by closing your eyes. Continuous practice of this exercise will keep you relaxed as this makes you to be concentrated and forget the past tensions.
- Meditation: This is another way to be happy, while meditating mind will be concentrated on some thing positive.
- Always Smile: Smile is the cure for all ills, Keeping smile always helps you to be positive things and it keeps you stress free.
- Music: Music too is a good way to be tension free. Try to keep a good collection of music and listen to it in a peaceful atmosphere and sing it with louder voice, this increases the level of confidence in you and keeps you focused.
